What is a power transducer?
A power transducer converts electrical power parameters — such as watts, vars, volts, amps and frequency — into a standard analog or digital output signal for monitoring and control systems. It lets a PLC, SCADA system or panel meter read real power values from a live circuit.
What is a digital panel meter?
A digital panel meter is a compact, panel-mounted instrument that measures and displays electrical or process signals — such as voltage, current, frequency, temperature or process loops — in a clear digital readout. Many models also provide relay outputs and communication for control applications.
What accuracy levels are available?
Our power transducers offer accuracy from ±0.2% of reading, while our digital power transducers and power monitors achieve up to 0.15% accuracy. This precision ensures reliable measurement even in demanding industrial applications.
What is the difference between DIN rail and wall mounting?
DIN rail mounting clips the instrument onto a standard DIN rail inside a panel for compact, organized installation. Wall mounting uses a housing that attaches directly to a wall or surface. Many of our transducers are available in both styles to suit your panel design.
Do your products support RS485 and Modbus?
Yes. Our digital power monitors and digital power transducers support RS485 serial communication with Modbus protocol, allowing easy integration with SCADA, PLC and building management systems for remote monitoring and data logging.
Do you provide calibration services?
Yes. PTS-Tech offers test and calibration services for transducers, meters and signal transmitters, along with troubleshooting and custom modifications. Our engineering team keeps your instruments accurate and reliable.
What is your warranty?
