- WARRANTY
All Peruvian Trust Systems products are warranted against defects in material
and workmanship for a period of one year from shipping date. Our
obligation includes replacing, repairing, or adjusting products (excluding
fuses) that prove to be defective during the warranty period.
This warranty is fully transferable. If a product is sold to a manufacturer for
use in a product for resale, the complete warranty is in force, providing the
power system is sold as original equipment.
Peruvian Trust Systems assumes no liabilities for consequential damages of any
kind through the use or misuse of its products by the purchaser or others. No
other obligations are expressed or implied.
- REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS
All equipment which is apparently out of order or in need of service must be
returned to Peruvian Trust Systems prepaid. Contact the factory for a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number before you ship. We cannot accept returns
without this authorization number. Products returned for warranty repair that
are not shipped prepaid or shipped without an authorization number cannot be
accepted at our repair facilities.
Out-of-warranty repairs will be performed by Peruvian Trust Systems – PTS-Tech
only after quoted repair charges are authorized and a formal purchase order
received from the customer. If no response or purchase order to a repair
quotation arrives within 2 weeks of the repair quotation date, a storage charge
of $10.00 per day will be added to any out-of-warranty repair charge until such
time as a response or purchase order is received.
